Beck-Crespel perform deep boring in large lengths in one operation, without the matching trouble encountered with two opposite boring. That guarantees the proper straightness and accuracy.

 

Maximum length : 2700 mm in one operation, limited to 100 x boring diameter

 

Boring diameter : from 3mm to 35 mm.

 

Surface condition : from 3.2 to 0.4 Ra µm

Deep boring may be required on studs and bolts for heating, measure of elongation, fuel injection or other purposes.
